1. Where is the retreat held?
The retreat will take place in Pensacola, Florida, at a private luxury property. The exact address and arrival instructions will be sent after registration is confirmed.

2. What’s included in my registration?

• 4 Days, 3 nights of luxury lodging

• Roundtrip group transportation from Memphis, TN (if selected)

• All meals, snacks, and beverages (chef-prepared)

• Daily Selah Sessions and evening Temple Tune-Up

• One full spa day (robes, slippers, and massage included)

• Formal Dinner with God

• Prophetic teaching, deliverance, and worship gatherings

• Luxury welcome gifts

• Optional beach baptisms

3. What’s not included?

• Airfare (if you choose to fly instead of group transport)

• Personal shopping or outside excursions that you may desire to experience

4. Can I make payments?
Yes. A $300 non-refundable deposit secures your space. Remaining balances are due by the stated deadline. Payment plans are available; details will be sent upon registration. Klarna, Afterpay, and other options are also available at checkout.

5. Can I request a roommate?
Yes. If you are booking a double room and wish to share with a friend or family member, please email us after you register. Otherwise, roommates will be prayerfully paired.

6. What should I pack?

• Comfortable, modest clothing for sessions and rest

• Exercise wear for Temple Tune-Up

• One formal outfit for dinner night

• Swimwear and cover-up if participating in baptisms

• Bible, journal, and personal items

7. Is this retreat only for women?
Yes. The Inner Room retreat is designed as a sacred sanctuary specifically for women.

8. Can I bring my children or spouse?
No. This retreat is for women only and is designed to give you uninterrupted time with God.

 

Retreat Policies​

1. Deposit & Payments

• A $300 deposit is required to hold your spot.

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Remaining balances must be paid in full by the stated due date or your reservation may be forfeited.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Because of the nature of this retreat and the tailored experiences provided, cancellations will not result in a refund. When possible, a credit may be applied toward a future retreat or experience, or If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another woman with prior written approval. We apologize for this, but this policy protects the quality and integrity of the retreat from unforeseen or unplanned issues.

3. Conduct & Atmosphere

• The Inner Room is a consecrated space. Attendees are expected to honor God, one another, and the atmosphere of holiness.

• Disruptive behavior, disrespect, or violation of guidelines will result in removal without refund.

4. Health & Safety

• Please notify us of any dietary restrictions upon registration.

• While group transportation and activities are included, participation is at your own risk. By registering, you release Establishing Eden from liability related to travel, lodging, or activities.

5. Photography & Media

• Portions of the retreat may be photographed or recorded for ministry purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you specifically opt out in writing prior to the retreat.

6. Confidentiality

• This is a sacred and safe space. What is shared in sessions by other women is to remain confidential and covered in love.
